The jersies themselves look and feel fantastic. They were however all small, despite the company posting in numerous locations that they ran big. We all ordered a size down because of that and now, while they fit, they're more snug than most would like.

Company did not meet their shipping deadline and we were delayed almost 2 weeks getting them. The customer service was absolutely awful during this process as well. I'm pretty tolerant of things happening, but there wasn't clear, open communication at all during the process. I was told I would get a call back on a resolution, never did, I called again after the promised date and once again got told a new date. I was also told I'd receive a tracking number, that too was a lie as I never received that, or any updates on the order despite supposedly being able to track that on shop.

While we loved the jerseys, the fact you could plan them online and even the cost wasn't horrible, the lack of customer service, lack of resolution, and just overall experience will likely have us looking elsewhere in the future.
