Since 2010, The Soccer Factory has been providing team soccer apparel solutions, all the while maintaining an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Due to our past success, we have incorporated that same philosophy in expanding our operations to include Gear Team Apparel. GTA is the answer to your custom jersey/apparel needs for a variety of sports and activities. We employ professional designers who understand your passion to be unique. Simply give our innovative, easy to use 3D design tool a try and see for yourself!

RETURN POLICY: Though we always strive to be, no one is perfect. In the rare case that an error is made on our part, we promise that your replacements will expedited as quickly as possible. We do require, however, that you notify our customer service department prior to the returning any product and within 15 days of receiving your order.

All of our products are custom made for you and you only. If we find that a mistake was made on our part, we will gladly accept your return and consequently replace the order. Any additional shipping charges would of course be be at our expense.

Design:
You are the designer and we will not make any changes to your order. You are solely responsible for all content within your design.

Colors:
We also can not guarantee color matching due to the visual image that comes up on your device. Different devices show different color shades. We use the CMYK color spectrum. The colors used are the industry standard for sports.

Accuracy:
In rare cases, it may be necessary for a GTA designer to make small changes to an order, such as cleaning up a pixelated file or slightly moving the placement of a logo. Such a small change would be made without notification. Any major necessary changes would only be performed with your approval.

Fit:
Our current product line is slightly oversized for comfort and performance. Please reference the size chart for exact sizing.

Delivery:
Our production time is displayed in real-time at the bottom of the design page. The shipping time is dependent on the shipping method you use.
