Everything you need to know about designing, ordering, and receiving your custom Gear apparel.
1 Is there a minimum order?
No. Gear has no minimum-order requirement. Order a single jersey or uniforms for your entire team.
2 How long does a custom order take?
Most custom orders ship in approximately two weeks. Custom baseball, softball, fastpitch, and football pants may require around three weeks. Production and delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
3 Does Gear offer team or quantity discounts?
Yes. Quantity discounts are applied automatically. Orders of five or more generally receive 25% off MSRP, while orders of 13 or more generally receive 50% off MSRP. Your current pricing will appear inside the 3D Builder.
4 How do I design and customize my jersey?
Gear’s 3D Builder allows you to customize colors, patterns, effects, logos, player names, and numbers. Move and resize each element while viewing your design in real time.
5 Can I upload my own logo or artwork?
Yes. You can upload team logos, sponsor graphics, and custom artwork directly into Gear’s 3D Builder.
6 Which file types and image sizes does Gear accept?
Gear accepts SVG, PNG, TIFF, and JPG files. For the best results, raster images should measure at least 2,500 pixels along their longest side. Vector SVG files are preferred whenever available.
7 Can every player have a different name, number, and size?
Yes. Use the Roster section to enter each player’s name, number, jersey size, and quantity. You can customize how the names and numbers look under Logos & Numbers.
8 Will I receive a proof before production begins?
Your jersey preview inside the 3D Builder serves as your final digital proof. Before production, every order also receives a quality-control review to check artwork quality, alignment, and placement.
9 Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Changes can usually be made until your order is submitted for production. Once production begins, additional changes may no longer be possible. Contact Gear as soon as possible if you need an adjustment.
10 How do I check my design or order status?
Sign in to your Gear account and visit My Designs & Orders to view saved designs, order information, and the current status of your order.
