Production schedules vary by product, so Gear displays the relevant ordering path and current pricing before checkout.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one replacement item or outfit an entire team, club or organization.
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom orders ship in approximately two weeks. Custom baseball, softball, fastpitch and football pants may require approximately three weeks. Production and delivery dates are estimates.
How do quantity discounts work?
Eligible pricing updates automatically as the order grows. Current pricing is shown in the ordering experience before checkout.
Can each player have a different size, name and number?
Yes. Use the roster tools to enter player-specific sizes and optional personalization.
Can I upload my own logo or artwork?
Yes. Gear accepts team logos, sponsor graphics and custom artwork. Vector SVG files are preferred; high-resolution PNG, TIFF and JPG files are also supported.
Will Gear review the design?
The Builder preview serves as the digital proof. Gear also reviews custom orders for artwork quality, alignment and placement before production.
