The absolute worst possible experience. I placed this order on 10/18 and paid the extra $200 for 1 1/2 week delivery to get uniforms for a youth girls soccer team playing in a tournament on 11/1. I called on 10/20 during business hours to ensure this timeline worked due to the cost and the deadline. I was assured that the shorts and socks would arrive in a matter of days and that the jerseys would arrive on time. A few days later the shorts and socks arrived. The socks were great for what we needed. The shorts were terrible. They were a 9" or 10" inseam for youth girls soccer. These were boys basketball shorts. The set doesn't specify the inseam online, but is sold as a women's set, so the assumption would be that these are cut appropriately for women. These girls need a 3" or 4" inseam short for youth girls soccer. I sent an email on 10/24 detailing the issues and without a response I called again to express my concern with these shorts and was told the best they could do would be a 7" inseam product. Everyone agreed that this was not an acceptable solution for this group and we returned the shorts. I also took this opportunity to check on the jerseys and ensure they were still on track and was again assured that they would be on time. I called and emailed looking for tracking information on the jerseys with no luck. I called again on 10/31 and was told that they no longer would be on time, that they had not even been started, but that I would receive them early the next week. Unfortunately, this left me with no time to find an alternate, so we were forced to borrow jerseys, buy new shorts and we used the socks. I told the representative to simply cancel the order since they had not been started, they said that they would process the request, but it would require a manager to approve. I sent a follow-up on 11/2 and received a response on 11/4 with an apology and again stating that a manager needed to approve the refund. A week went by with no response, so I sent another follow-up on 11/11 and finally received a response on 11/12 stating that they couldn't refund the order due to the jerseys being customized. I responded to Aaron on 11/12 and have not heard from Gear Team Apparel since. I responded on 11/25 asking for an update and understand the delay with the holiday, but it shouldn't have already taken weeks to address this. They did send the jerseys, which arrived after 3 1/2 weeks, not 1 1/2 weeks. To add insult to an already disastrous process, the colors don't match and the seams aren't even aligned correctly. I have pictures and have sent them into Gear Team Apparel. This is just with the 1 jersey we've opened. The rest are still in their wrappers in the box as they are useless now. All of this could have been avoided if Gear Team Apparel would have communicated early on that they couldn't meet our timeline. This would have allowed us time to find an alternate company who could and not leave us scrambling at the last minute and out hundreds of dollars. Poor product and even worse service. Don't take the risk.
