My team and I were very disappointed with these jerseys. The proportions simply do not work for a soccer jersey. The sleeves and torso are excessively long, resulting in a poor fit. I highly recommend reviewing the sizing, as soccer jerseys are typically designed with an athletic fit in mind, not an oversized one. While the website does state that the jerseys are intentionally oversized, that description significantly understates just how large they are. I understand that sizing varies from company to company, but Gear Team Apparel's adult small measured 6 inches longer than another adult small soccer jersey I own. That is a significant difference.
I contacted customer service to request a refund and was instructed to submit my request by email. Unfortunately, communication was extremely slow. I had to follow up on every email just to receive a response. After a month of back-and-forth, I called again only to be told that my refund request had been denied, even after I provided photos clearly showing how much larger these jerseys are compared to standard soccer jerseys.
What disappointed me most was the company's unwillingness to work toward a reasonable resolution, even something as simple as a partial refund. Good customer service is about resolving issues and maintaining trust with customers, and I don't feel that happened here.
