While the jerseys themselves were great (although I would love an option to choose different jersey styles - short sleeve, long sleeve, tank) with the same design), customer service is awful. A week past my guarantee delivery date I reached out. The next day my order was shipped. Coincidence? I think not. I then reached out to get a refund because I paid for faster shipping and it was not delivered within this time frame. I was given an excuse about major holidays impacting the delay. The only holiday was Easter, and the company acted like I wasn't going to get a refund because of this. I reached out again to follow up on the refund and only then did they submit a ticket for a request of refund. I had to reach out AGAIN for an update 2 weeks later and they finally decided to process the refund that would take another week or so to process. Again, while the jerseys are great, I will most likely not use this company again for its terrible customer service.
