Design: You are responsible for the content in your design and we will not make any changes.

Scaling in Customization: Names, numbers, logos, and any other relevant elements will undergo scaling adjustments based on the size of the product ordered. It is imperative for customers seeking identical customization across various sizes to explicitly specify this requirement within the designated order notes. Failure to provide such explicit instructions may result in proportional scaling to meet the size specifications of the ordered products.

Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in all orders, but in rare cases, minor changes may be made without notification. Major changes will only be done with your approval.

Fit: Our products are slightly oversized for comfort. Please refer to the size chart for exact sizing.

Delivery: Production time and shipping time can be found on the design page. Orders are processed Monday-Friday during regular business hours and are subject to production time.

Returns: Our products are custom-made and non-returnable, except in cases of our mistake.
